Mission Statement
myHealth Clinic is a medical practice that provides quality family health care as well as timely immediate care for acute illness or injury. Family health care encompasses care for all ages from birth to death including preventative care, health care maintenance, and management of chronic health diseases. Immediate health care will be available for acute illness or injury on a walk-in basis.

What to expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that we have all of the needed information to provide the best possible care. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the resources on this Web site. Also, take some time to review and familiarize yourself with our providers. When you come see us, please bring the information listed below. We look forward to your visit.
  • Insurance Card - if you have insurance (insurance isn't necessary)
  • Photo Identification
  • List of medications, prescriptions, vitamins & supplements
  • Co-Pay (we accept cash, check or credit card)

Check In -Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete our short registration forms (if you haven't seen us before). To speed up the process, you can print and complete the registration forms right now.

Meet with the Provider -After check-in, you will be brought into one of our six exam rooms room where a Licensed Practical orRegistered Nurse will assess your medical needs. You will then be seen by our provider who will treat your illness or injury.

Aftercare -Once treated, any care supplies or medication will be prescribed and you will receive complete aftercare instructions.
